Q. Where will we be staying that weekend?
A. We are staying at a Holiday Inn, which is in Pegion Forge, Tn its the last hotel before the moutains. 10 mins from Actual Location. This hotel is selected because its not the normal holiday inn, its more like a Crown Plaza. DO NOT STAY IN GATLINBURG! YOU WILL MISS THE WHOLE POINT, TRUST US.

Q. What if I don't want to ski?
A. While we encourage everyone to at least try, since it is a "Ski Trip" and
its included in your price, we want you to know that this event is more about   networking with people of like minds and having a good time. We have theme parties each night and other events to partake in. Its going to be fun for everyone.

Q. Does this trip include any transportation?
A. NO transportation is provided on this trip. Most people carpool or jet in.

Q. Do I need a rental car? YES!

A. It's about a 45-minute drive from the airport to the Holiday Inn with is in Pegion Forge, Tn.Simple and easy directions given at booking.

Q. Does this trip include an open bar?
A. Yes we provide an open "Premium Open" bar @ varies time throughout the weekend.

Q. Does this trip include meals?

1. A "Welcome Reception" with food.
2. Pizza Party Friday Night.
3. Full All U-Can-Eat Buffet Breakfast.
4. It also includes an "After-Five" full course dinner on Saturday.
*Special Note – You are responsible for your lunch on the mountain on Saturday.

Q. Does this trip include my ski equipment?
A. Yes the trip includes ski lessons, ski rental, and ski poles.

Q. How long do we ski?
A. We do the early session on Saturday from 8:00am – 4:00pm

Q. Does this trip include all the parties?
A. Yes!! It also includes a welcome reception, two (2) parties, a Swim
     Party, a Comedy Show, and an After Party.

Q. What if I don't have a roommate?
A. We always have people who don't mind rooming with another person
     and we can facilitate that or you can get a single room.

Q. Is my money refundable?

Q. Can I pay all of my money for the trip at one time?
A. Yes, however, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Q. What do I need to buy for the trip?
A. You will need to bring the following items:

Q. When will I get my informational packet?
A. Once your payments are made, we will send you a confirmation page.

Q. Can I carpool with people from my city?
A. Yes, if there are several people coming from the same city we
     always encourage them to carpool together.

Q. Can I bring my children on this trip?
A. No this is an adult outing with all adult activities.

Q. Do I need any extra money?
A.  Yes, please bring money for your parking on Saturday and lunch on
     Saturday on the mountain, for shopping at the outlet malls and for
     your souvenirs.
