*You must have the booking credit card & valid ID available on arrival to event. This includes gift-cards / debit, credit & even credit cards that expire before the event. All registration, extensions, late & hold fees as well as 1st payments & early bird package payments are final & nontransferable.
*We guarantee you accommodations if package is paid on time & we also reserve the right to exchange hotel options for equal or better value, if needed. Please be advised that late payments may result in cancellation of package or loss of amenities.

*Final Payment Terms
60 days or more before event, payment is refundable, minus a $59.99 restock fee.
59-30 days prior, payment can only be transferred to another event/person. No refunds.
Less than 30 days prior to event, payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. 
No refunds / cancellations requests are accepted by phone. You must submit formal request in writing to help@pegsonline.com.

*No products are ever mailed. You must pick-up products at the designated Will Call window.
*No-shows for product pickups, for any reason, forfeit all payments & products not claimed.
*Registration, Hold, Late & Extension fees are fees and do not go toward package costs.
