*You must have the booking credit card & valid ID available on arrival to event. This includes gift-cards / debit, credit & even credit cards that expire before the event. All registration, extensions, late & hold fees as well as 1st payments & early bird package payments are final & nontransferable.

*Final Payment Terms
60 days or more before event, payment is refundable, minus a $59.99 restock fee.
59-30 days prior, payment can only be transferred to another event/person. No refunds.
Less than 30 days prior to event, payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. 
No refunds / cancellations requests are accepted by phone. You must submit formal request in writing to help@pegsonline.com.

*No products are ever mailed. You must pick-up products at the designated Will Call window.
*No-shows for product pickups, for any reason, forfeit all payments & products not claimed.
*Registration, Hold, Late & Extension fees are fees and do not go toward package costs.
*Extension fees must be paid on the day requested.
*We are a ticketing and travel package company and we sell products above face value.
